Ebere Ejike-Ilechukwu, DNP, MSN, PMHNP-BC

Taking the first step toward better mental health takes courage. Dr. Ebere Ejike-Ilechukwu is dedicated to making that step feel safe, supportive, and worthwhile. Dr. Ejike-Ilechukwu is a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who provides compassionate, individualized care for adults experiencing ADHD, depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and other mental health concerns. She believes effective psychiatric care begins with listening. Rather than focusing only on symptoms or diagnoses, she takes time to understand each patient’s story, strengths, challenges, and goals. Her approach is collaborative and evidence-based, with treatment plans tailored to each individual’s needs. When medication is part of treatment, Dr. Ejike-Ilechukwu prioritizes education and shared decision-making so patients understand their options and feel confident in their care. She also recognizes that mental wellness extends beyond medication and considers the whole person—including emotional well-being, relationships, sleep, daily functioning, life circumstances, and personal goals. Whether you are seeking care for the first time or looking for a different approach after previous treatment, Dr. Ejike-Ilechukwu provides a welcoming, judgment-free environment where you can feel heard and respected. Her goal is to help each person better understand their mental health, find what works for them, and move toward greater stability, confidence, and a more fulfilling life.
